Betty Blance Obituary

Beloved mother, grandmother and friend, Betty Jane Blance passed away peacefully at the age of 79, on April 23, 2018. She was the youngest of five children. She was a lifelong Knoxville resident and proud graduate of Austin High School, Class of 1957. Betty was a member of Logan Temple AME Zion Church.

She is preceded in death by her son, Anthony Blance; parents, Grady and Mary Ella Blance; sisters: Jean Norris, Mary Chandler and Geraldine Smith.

She leaves to mourn her passing: daughter, Angie (Van), granddaughters Vaconna Hardin and Vanessa Hardin; sister, Barbara Prigmore; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
