Edward Flemmings, age 74, departed this life on Sunday, November 11, 2018 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center after a short battle with pneumonia and dementia. He was a Vietnam veteran and retiree from Alcoa Aluminum Industrial Plant.
Preceded in death by wife, Bonnie Flemmings; parents, Carl and Lucille Flemmings; sisters, Elnora Muckle and Eloise Logan.
Survived by son, Brenton Flemmings; grandchildren, Kayson and Malaki Flemmings; stepdaughter, Crystal (John) Bourne; brother-in-law, Von Maddox; a host of nieces and nephews.
Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 11:30 a.m., a graveside service will take place at the East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery at 2200 E. Gov. John Sevier Highway. Pastor Gerald Littlejohn officiating.
