Rondazz Jamarr (Jay) Mee Jr., 25, of Cleveland, departed this life and earned his angel wings on Tuesday, May 28, 2019.
He is survived by his parents, Rondazz J. Mee Sr., and Tiffany and Gregory Wood; six siblings: JaCobi Wood, Korrie Dodd, Curtis Wood, Coleon Mee, Jamarri Mee and Jamiya Mee; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He leaves behind his legacy of laughter to his 6-month-old daughter, E'liana J. Mee (mother Caitlin Bentley).
He was an avid lover of sports and played basketball as a 2011 graduate of Cleveland High School.
He will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him; he was the kind of young man that anyone would be proud to call son, grandson and friend.
Patton Funeral Home, located at 265 Fair St., Cleveland, will host the viewing of the body on Saturday, from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. The family will receive friends from 4 until 6 p.m.
His Homegoing will begin with the burial service on Sunday, at 2 p.m., in Fort Hill Cemetery, immediately followed by a Celebration of Life memorial at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 799 Inman St. E., Cleveland, where the Rev. Edward S. Robinson Sr. is the pastor. The eulogist will be Apostle Joel Rudolph.
