Terri Lynn Green was born June 26, 1961 to Mary Elizabeth Green and Paul Edward Davis in Knoxville, Tennessee. She departed this life on Friday, January 5, 2018 at UT Medical Center. Terri attended Austin East High School and worked as a Domestic Engineer at the University of Tennessee for many years. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, daughter and sister.
Preceded in death by her father.
Left to cherish her memory: daughter, Tomeika Green; sons, Tony Green and Jeffery Penson, Jr.; grandchildren; loving mother, Mary Elizabeth Green; sisters, Brenda Green and Margaret Coleman; brother, Gregory (Connie) Thompson of Cleveland, OH and a host of other family and friends.
Saturday, January 13, 2018, the family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with service to follow at Open Door Church at 2806 Sherman Street, Knoxville, TN 37921. Pastor Steve A. Simpson, Eulogist. Interment will immediately follow at Lynnhurst Cemetery at 2300 Adair Drive Knoxville, TN 37918, where a white dove release will conclude the service.
