Tiffni Pandora Crowd, of Brockton, Massachusetts, departed this life on Friday, September 28, 2018. She was born on June 2, 1972 to Ra'Lois Barnes Crowd and Jacob Mayes in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Tiffni accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church in Knoxville, Tennessee. She graduated from Catholic High School in 1990 and attended Tuskegee University and University of Tennessee. In 1997 Tiffni relocated to Boston with her mother. Her most recent employment was with Brown Brothers, Harriman Trust Company until her passing.
Survived by parents, Ra'Lois Barnes Crowd of Boston, MA and Jacob (Delores) Mayes of Memphis, TN; sisters, Shellie (Richard) Writers of Crete, IL and Sharon Cavers, of Knoxville, TN; niece, Zoe Winters; aunts, Francis Bount, Edenton, NC and Yvonne (Torncelli) Magett, Chicago, IL; great-aunts, Eleanor Mapp and Viola Barnes, both of Massachusetts, god-mothers, Yvonne Horton of Knoxville, TN and Patricia Washington of Boston, MA.; childhood best friend, Nicole Mullins of Knoxville, TN; special friends, Alvin Meeks of New York, DL Harrison of Brockton, MA and Kim Hawkes of Knoxville, TN; a host of other family and friends.
Thursday, October 18, 2018 the family will receivevfriends from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Mount Zion Baptist Church, 2714 Brooks Avenue, then proceed to Mount Olive Cemetery, 2500 Maryville Pike, for a graveside service.
