Benjamin Lawrence, III, better known as "Strolla," passed away tragically on August 26, 2024, in a house fire alongside his father, Benjamin Lawrence, Jr., and brother, Adrian Lawrence. A proud graduate of William Penn High School where he was in the marching band., Benjamin served honorably in the military, demonstrating his commitment and dedication to his country.

Strolla was not only a devoted family man, he was a singing/ musician member with the Lawrence Brothers, which later became to Sons of Faith, whose talents brought joy to many. He leaves behind his beloved son, Benjamin Lawrence, IV. (wife: Sharlene) High Point, NC), and three grandchildren, who will always cherish the memories of his love and creativity. He is also mourned by his remaining brothers: Perry Lawrence Sr (Vikki) (Chattanooga, TN), Kim Lawrence (Cleveland, TN), Derrick Lawrence (Cleveland, TN) and Dr. Karl E. Lawrence (Chindi) (Knoxville, TN. Along with them, Strolla leaves behind a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and cousins who will forever cherish his memory.

Known for his warmth and generosity, Strolla had a unique ability to connect with others through his music and kind spirit. His presence brought happiness to those around him, and he will be remembered for his unwavering support and affection.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
