Clifford was a native of Cleveland ,TN  but resided in Knoxville TN. 

He was born on December 8th, 1961, to the late Reverend Clifford H. Williams Sr. and Gladys Margaret Joy Williams.

Clifford attended many elementary schools because he was a preacher’s kid. He graduated from Cleveland High School in Cleveland, Tennessee, in 1980. 

Clifford grew up in Price Memorial Zion Church in Cleveland, TN. After his father’s passing, then he relocated to Knoxville TN. where he was employed at Toyota for many years and currently worked at Tommy Motor Sports as an assembly manager for over 13 years. Tommy Motor Sports in Knoxville TN. Became a second family to Clifford and to mine. 

Clifford has always had a big passion for fishing where he has entered many fishing tournaments and even placed. Clifford has taken his nephew Lashaun and great-nephew JoRell on fishing tournaments as well. Clifford’s second passion was hunting. He has many trophies to show for his success. Clifford and his sister had lots of things in common which included fishing and hunting. Growing up it was just them two, so they learned how to be more than just brother and sister. They had to also be each other’s best friends. 

He’s preceded in death by Catherine Williams (Granny), Clifford H. Williams Sr. (Dad), Gladys M.J.(mother), Ernest Lee Nance(cousin), and many aunts and uncles who have gone on before him. 

He leaves to cherish his memory to mourn in passing sister Brenda L. Williams Porter (Jonathan C. Porter) Cleveland Tn.; nieces & nephews, Sashual Yulonda Joy Williams-Porter-Thomas (Gabriel Thomas), Breandra Chalonda Leigh Porter(Chattanooga Tn.), Jonathan Lashaun Aqeureo Porter (Knoxville Tn.), Alijah Shalonda- Qwen Porter (Zavier A. Blair), Jonathan Faizon Xavier Porter (of Omaha Nebraska); great nieces and nephews, Kortney Alena, JoRell Q, & Hezekiah J. Thomas, Zayli O. & Azylah O. Porter-Blair; grandchildren, Dj (Darrell Whaley), Donavon Whaley & Legend Whaley; first and second cousins, Azella Smith (Len Smith; Atlanta Ga.), Patrick O. Langham (Jennifer Langham, California). 

Special friends: Leroy Foster, Tammy Whaley (who holds a special place in his heart), Jeremiah & Brittany Thompson, Jeremy Cross, Jason Seiber, Scott Hale, Chris Jones, Tommy Thompson, Johnny Reynolds (Seg) and all of Tommy Motor Sports Employees,  fishing partners and hunting buddies.
