On December 31st, 2023, Danauja Danielle-Darshell Littlejohn, lovingly known as "Butt-Butt," was unexpectedly called home by God in Knoxville, TN.
Danauja was born on April 5th, 2012, at St. Mary’s Hospital, surrounded by three generations of loved ones from each side of her family. As an infant toddler, she attended Bentiontfiful Blessing daycare with Ms. Smith. Later, she went to Fairgraden for pre-k and shades. Danauja attended Sarah Moore Green Elementary, where Mrs. Manley and Mrs.
Moss were her teachers. She attended and participated in after-care at the on-site YMCA with Ms. Cheyenne and Ms. Chantelle. This summer, Danauja went to the EV Davison Center with Ms. Chantelle and Ms. Candice, where she had an action-packed summer until it ended, and she became a middle schooler. Currently, she is a 6th grader at Holston Middle School. Danauja attended New Beverly Baptist Church, where she was saved, and no matter what, she made it to her Wednesday services and loved her teachers, Mr. Zach and Ms. April.
Danauja was a unique individual who possessed talent in every area. Her favorite passions were art and music. She could draw anything with her heart and freestyle on any beat. She could design anything she put her mind to. Danauja was also very empathetic and sweet and always looked out for all her siblings. She loved playing the big sister role, especially to her little friends who loved her back. Together, they were an unstoppable clique. Danauja frequently talked to and about her parents, bonus parents, siblings, bonus siblings, and family.
She is preceded in death by great-great grandparents maternal, Grace Clark and Thomas T Clark Sr, and Daniel T. Bell; paternal great grand-parents, Ozella Littlejohn, Deaver Littlejohn, Daniel T. Bell, and James Davis III ; uncles, Willard Burton and Y.D. Littlejohn; devoted cousins, Adrian T Harris, and Greg "Bush" Ballenger, Tevin Littlejohn.
She leaves her legacy and will continue to live through, mother, Cyntauja (Norriss) Bell; father, Dana Littlejohn Jr.; adopted mother, Sierra Netherland; sisters, Sanyre and Taujai Hooker; brothers, Dyceon, Prince, Daveon, and Danen Littlejohn, Jamire Ballenger ; stepsisters, Shaniera Holland, Tasya and Zha'nae Hooker; stepbrothers, Norris Hooker, and Daniel "Dj" Rose Jr.; aunts, Destiny(Brittany) Burton, Chekeera Ketron, Tashea Bell, TyShanna(Brandon) Dodd, Miyah Tate,Sherdane Littlejohn, Miracle Ballenger, Brittney Curry. Uncles; Dartanyan(Lakirra) Hollings, Akeem and Jaden Clark, Chance(Pearl) Davis, De’Keys Tate, Robert Glenn, Robert “Mac” (Ashanti), Romen, Rolland(Sabrina), Reco, Rovaris (Selane), Christian, and Pierce Netherland. Maternal grandparents, Cynthia Bell and Stephen (Yakisha) Clark; paternal grandparents, Indiya (Kerri) Davis, and Dana(Sherry) Littlejohn; maternal great-grandparents, Adrinette(Willie)Bell; paternal great-grandmother, Mabel Davis. A host of great aunts, uncles, cousins, and her devoted friends: Auniesty, Catlin, Rihanna, Mckenzie, Honesty, and Samari.
