Dwayne Anthony Boykins passed away peacefully at his residence on Thursday, May 22, 2025. He was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey to Carrie Johnson Boykins and Curly Boykins.

Dwayne was a long-time employee of the University of Tennessee Medical Center, where he worked in radiology for much of his tenure there. He was also a deacon at Greater First Outreach Ministries COGIC, where he was respected and honored for his service in the ministry. 

Dwayne is preceded in death by mother Carrie Johnson Boykins, father Curly Boykins; grandparents Gus Johnson, Alice Elouise and John Lomax Harper; uncles Augustus Johnson and Lawrence Harper; aunts Ruthie Stratton, Violetta Johnson and Rose Nash Spears. 

He leaves to mourn his passing, daughters Chloe Ayoola, Dominique (Timothy) Watts; grandchildren Kaylen Bullard, Alexandria Watts, Timothy Watts Jr.; great-grandson Eric Brown III; sister Robin Boykins Davis; nephew Demarcus Watts; great-nephews Dinero Watts, Diesel Watts; aunts Joyace Harper, Lynda (Lonell) Green; uncle Henry Johnson; loving cousins Geraldine (David) Armstrong, Mary Alice Ward, and Renee McClure; best friends\siblings-in-love, Joseph Spears, Robyn Mathews ; Pastor Harold Davis and a host of other family members and friends whom he loved dearly.
