Eloise Duff, a cherished member of the Knoxville community and a beacon of perseverance and dedication, passed away on the 18th of June, 2024, at the age of 70. Born on October 31, 1953, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Eloise's journey began in the town of McKeesport, where she was welcomed into the world by her parents, David and Louise Williams. Her father, David, predeceased her, while her mother, Louise, continues to reside in Clairton, PA. Eloise's spirit of resilience and warmth will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Eloise was a dedicated member of Heart of Gold Ministry under the leadership of Minister Aaron Bond Jr.

Eloise's early years were spent in Clairton, PA, where she was raised alongside her loving sisters, Cynthia Turner (Willie), Doncella Williams, and Patricia Williams. Eloise's life was enriched by the joy of her close-knit family, which later expanded to include her adored nieces Erika and Brittany Turner, her nephew Ryan Turner, and her great-nephews Eric Turner Jr., Jaymere Rowe, and Messiah Stevenson, her ex-husband, Mabry Duff. She also leaves behind a host of caring cousins and her endearing Arron Bond, whom she affectionately loved not only as her brother but her "Son"

In the early 1980s, Eloise embarked on a new chapter of her life when she moved to Knoxville, Tennessee. There, she found a welcoming community that quickly became her second home. Eloise's relentless pursuit of knowledge led her to achieve a crowning academic accomplishment: earning a Bachelor's degree. Her educational journey was a testament to her belief in lifelong learning and self-improvement.

Throughout her professional career, Eloise demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt and excel in various roles. She worked with dedication as a janitor, a security guard, and ultimately retired from a fulfilling career at Y-12 Benefits and Plans. Her hard work and determination were an inspiration to her colleagues, and her contributions to the workplace were highly valued.

Eloise's impact extended beyond her professional endeavors as she was actively involved in various associations, where she shared her expertise and passion for helping others. Her engagement in these communities reflected her commitment to service and her desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those around her.

As we bid farewell to Eloise, we celebrate a life lived with purpose and love. Her legacy will continue to inspire and guide us, as we cherish the memories she leaves behind. Eloise's family will honor her memory in a private memorial service, and her final resting place will be at Round Hill Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest.
