Fonda Angelica Pannell Williams, was born January 26, 1982 to Robert Pannell Sr., and Dorothy Jones-Gray, and silently departed this life on April 1, 2023.
She went to school in Knoxville, TN. and was always a hard worker. Fonda was such a sweet and caring person. Anyone that really knew her, knew of the loving, funny, always carrying a smile type person she was. She loved her family and we all loved her dearly in return. Her pride and joy was and will always be, her one and only son Christopher.
Preceded in death are her husband Joseph Williams; grandmothers, Ruby Mae Evans and Jenny Pannell; sister, Tynesia Delaney; stepfather, Frederick Gray, uncle, John Evans; aunts, Susie Ann Tory, Johnny Mae Sanders, Mary Katherine Sanders, and Buela Mae Sanders.
Fonda leaves in sorrow her mom, Dorothy Jones-Gray; her dad, Robert(Angie) Pannell Sr.; her loving son Christopher Harvey Jr.; sisters, April (Richard) Hardin, Shayla Pannell, and Jennisa Pannell; brothers, Robert Jr., aka “Buddy” (LaToya) Pannell, Quincy Moutry, Robert Moutry, Orlando (Ashley) Moutry, Antonio Moutry, Travis Pannell, Robert Pannell, and Darrius Pannell; uncles, Arthur Evans, James Jones, Willie “Glenn”(Priscilla) Evans, Gregory(Ericka) Evans, Raven Evans, Barry Evans, Steven Evans, Bobby Pannell, Quincy Pannell; aunts, Barbara Evans, Cora Jones, Donna Evans, Francis McKenzie, and Mary Pannell
Fonda had one lifelong friend that was dear to her heart, Tina Roller and a devoted cousin that was not only her family, but her best friend, Larissa Evans.
There’s a host of other relatives including nieces, nephews, and cousins that are too many to name, but they all held a special place in her heart and they know the endless love she had for them all.
