Obituary
Frank Scruggs transformed this life on May 21, 2023, at the Waters of Clinton Rehabilitation Center.
Frank was a kind-hearted and benevolent individual who consistently demonstrated his unwavering affection toward his loved ones. He derived immense pleasure from indulging in his passions such as savoring melodious tunes, cruising around in his automobile, relishing basketball games, and captivating women with his alluring charisma.
Preceded in death by mother, Josephine Scruggs: brothers, John and Jesse Scruggs: sister, Maddie Scruggs.
He leaves to cherish his memories sister, Lillie White: brother, Freddy Scruggs, special nephew Thomas White: another nephew, Eric White: and special nieces, Vanessa White and Nikecia White. A host of other nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews too numerous to name.
Frank Scruggs had a very contagious smile and will be greatly missed. I would like to thank the Waters Rehabilitation staff.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date at Franks request.
