Frank Bando Vinson, age 49, was born on October 22, 1973, to Charlene Vinson and the late Richard Burum of Knoxville, TN. He departed this life on November 23, 2022.

Those awaiting his arrival in heaven are his father: Richard Burum; grandparents, Benjamín and Eddie B Coleman; brother Orlando Deray Bennett and aunt, Freida Ann Vinson.

His devoted mother will forever miss him; Charlene Vinson Sons; Quintest Vinson, Desaun Vinson, and Broderick Tate, daughter; Deneka Vinson, sisters; Keywonder Vinson, Kimeka (Marcus) Johnson, Latrice (Darrin) Campbell, Kivia and Casey Boatwright brothers: Travis Cozart, Brandon Fears, grandchildren; Je’Merya Vinson, Quintest Vinson Jr, and Brylee Tate, devoted nieces: BayKeyla Vinson, DaShawnna Nichols, Ireland Curry, Lariah Cozart, and Cali Campbell, Travianna Williamson, nephews; Orlando (Zay) Vinson, Trevell Boatwright, Brandon Fears Jr, Braddox Fears, Jamari and Jasaun Cozart. Aunties: Vicky (Cliff) Starnes, Deriesa and Connie Coleman, Laretha Smith, Hazel Burum, Dianne Ellis, devoted cousins; Quawdell Drew, Keandrea Carter, Montess Burt, Teenara Drew, Gwen Burum, and a host of other cousins. Devoted friends Ronnie Mac, Andre Moore, Lavon Witt, Donald Flack, Willie Davis, Willie B, Xavier, and Michael Clark, and many other close friends too numerous to name.
