Gary Robinson, passed away September 9, 2021, at Tennova Hospital in Cleveland, TN.
He was born June 15, 1961, in Chattanooga, TN. Gary was a proud 1979 graduate of Howard High School in Chattanooga, TN where he played in the legendary Hustin Tigers Band. He was an author of the children’s book “Reginald’s Dream” and an accomplished musician.
Preceded in death by his father, Sherman Naylor and brother, Anthony Robinson.
Survived by his wife, Rolanda Lila Robinson; three daughters, Brianna, Mayana and Michelle; three sons, Gary (Shorpshire), Garrett and Michael Robinson along with other children, whom he loved, Kayla Finley, Cassandra Brown, Josh Brown and Danni Cage; seven grandchildren; brothers, Michael Robinson (Ann) of Oxford, GA and Kevin Moore (wife) of Chattanooga, TN; aunt, Dot; cousin, Anthony and his mother; a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, and friends in Charleston, TN.
Wednesday, September 22, 2021, the body may be viewed from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Patton Funeral Home, 265 Fair Street SE, Cleveland, TN. Social distancing and face coverings are required.
Thursday, September 23, 2021, funeral services begin at 12:00 p.m. in the Patton Funeral Home Chapel with Michael Robinson as the eulogist. Social distancing and face coverings are required.
