Gregory Payne Obituary

Gregory Vincent Payne, age 47, born August 3, 1972 to Willie C. and Ora Lee Huggins Payne in Knoxville, TN, departed this life on February 4, 2020. He was employed at Sunshine Industries from September 1988 to September 2018. He loved video games and watching wrestling. Gregory was a gentle person who will be deeply missed.

Preceded in death by his father, Willie C. Payne, brother, Jimmy E. Payne and grandmother, Carrie S. Huggins.

Those left to mourn his passing: devoted mother, Ora Lee (Huggins) Payne; brothers, Willie N. Payne (Sandy) and Charles H. Paine, Sr.; sister, Connie Payne; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 12 noon, a memorial service will take place at Open Door Church, 2806 Sherman Street, Knoxville, TN. Pastor Steve A. Simpson, Sr. will officiate.
