Juliette Yvonne Hamilton

Juliette Yvonne Johnson Hamilton, 71 years old, of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2023.   

Juliette was born on December 18, 1951 to Mildred Marshall Johnson and Julius Johnson. She was one of ten siblings.

Juliette was married to Anthony Hamilton who she leaves behind along with her five kids. Jovette Johnson, Jarvis Johnson (wife Sabrina Johnson), Herrera Johnson (wife Tamela Johnson), Antonio Hamilton (wife Tanisha O'Neal Hamilton), and Antwan Hamilton. 

She leaves behind her grandchildren: Stacy Carmichael II, Herrera Johnson Jr., Jamecia Johnson, Octaveous Johnson, Jordan Carter, Delandra Carter, Brooke Johnson, Antori Hamilton, Anton Hamilton, Antonio R. Hamilton Jr., and Anisha Hamilton, great-grandkids Reesyn Carmichael, Zion Johnson, Travie Johnson, Miracle Johnson, and Arion Johnson.

She also leaves behind two sisters, Charlotte Jackson and Barbara Imes. She leaves behind nieces, nephews, and cousins, too many to name but are in our hearts.

Juliette is preceded in death by siblings: Gus Yarbrough, Martin Yarbrough, Jimmy Yarbrough, Johnny Yarbrough, Jackie Johnson, Julius Johnson Jr., and Judye Chesson.

There will be a candlelight vigil July 14th, 7:00pm at her home for close friends and family.

The impact of our mother's passing will be felt forever. She will live on through us, her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids. She will always be missed, but never forgotten. We encourage you to post stories and comments on her page, we would love to read them. 

As always, Moma still gets what she wants, there are no services planned. Family will hold a celebration of life, date TBD.
