Kierra D Blakely Obituary
Kierra (Kee-Kee) Da’Ja-nee Blakely was born on February 27, 1994, to Kendra Leonard and Kenneth Blakely, II. Kierra departed this life on July 10, 2026.
Kee-Kee graduated from Austin East High School, class of 2013, where she played volleyball, track and field. As a young child she played little league basketball for Parks and Recreations. She attended TSU and Tennessee College of Applied Technology where she received a certificate as a dental assistant.
Kee-Kee was a member of Foster Chapel Baptist Church, she also attended McDonald Dr. Church of Christ.
Kee-Kee was the life of the party at her family’s gatherings. Everyone who knew her knew she was funny, always willing to give a helping hand to others and she loved children. She considered that everyone was her cousin.
Kee-Kee had a heart transplant in September 2025. It was a successful operation. She stayed at Vanderbilt hospital for 4 months before returning home to Knoxville. She was doing very well, but on July 10, 2026, the Lord came, picked the prettiest flower and took her home to rest.
Her time with us was a beautiful gift.
