Kristi Tate Obituary

Kristi Robin Tate, born on April 7, 1962, was the youngest child born to the union of Melvin and Mary Montgomery Tate.  She attended Eastport Elementary, Vine Junior High and Austin East High School. Before her health began to decline, she attended New Salem Baptist Church.
As a young mother, in her early twenties, she raised two children.  She loved being a mother and was ecstatic and proud to become a grandmother.  Even becoming a great grandmother brought her so much joy.  Her grandchildren and great grandson were her heart!  She cherished them all. Amid the sadness that Kristi has left this earthly life, she will be fondly remembered and truly missed.
