Larry Bullard, age 65, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 17, 2023, with his family by his side.

He was born in Knoxville, TN, on June 13, 1958, to Mr. Sim and Mrs. Mary Jean Bullard. He graduated from Austin-East High School in 1974. 

Larry was known for his smooth demeanor and beautiful smile. He enjoyed having a good time, especially when dancing and listening to music. He was very hospitable. Larry enjoyed cooking and spending time with family and friends. In his downtime, he would watch old Western shows and Wrestling, of course. Larry’s presence will be forever missed. 

Larry was preceded in death by parents, Sim (Mary Jean) Bullard Sr.; granddaughters, Cyrus and Lakynn Bullard; siblings, Sim Bullard, Jr., Alaskus Horace “Doc” Bullard, Helen Juan Bullard, and brother-in-law-William O’Neal. 

He leaves to rejoice in his home going to his devoted partner of 43 years, Debbie Love; sons, Eric Bullard, Larry Bullard, and Lawernce Taylor; daughters, Sparkle Taylor and Christina McClure; stepdaughter, Raisin (Carlos) Young; sisters, Vernita O’Neal, Phyillis “Diane” (Tip) Bullard, Jacqueline (Eddie) Bullard-Wright; grandkids, Darrisha, Tyrique, Mahogany, Dexon, Garyion, Orlando “Zay”, Laoni, Eriasia, Larriana, Alarrya, Jakobi, LaMya, Larreece, Larry Jr., Javier, Brooklyn, Mia, Demarkus, Dallas, Gary, Kourtlan, Larryion, Adien, Dakota, Legend, Lamarkus, Londyn, Amilyion, Shaniya, ShaMyra, Isley, Haven, Ronnie, Ron’Nija, ShanQuasia; great-grandchildren, Anthony Jr., Dexvon Jr., Amir, Kingdom, King, Saharah, Alayah, Bryson, Ra’Shon, Thailan, Ace, Ashanti, Caden including many nieces, nephews, cousins, and additional family member.
