Larry Fields was born March 25, 1951 in Bryan County, GA. to the late Ray Al Fields and Albertha Hodge; he is preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Lyman Fields, Sr.; mother-in-law, Nedith Beck; daughter, Melisa Seay.

Larry joined the House of God Church in Pembroke, GA. at a very young age. He moved to Cleveland, Tennessee and later served in the United States Armed Forces for 22 years. He worked for Swing Transport and Lee University for many years. Larry was a member of Unity Christian Ministries. He enjoyed football, cooking, and listening to Gospel music.

Larry leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of 16 years, Emily Fields; her daughter, Mary Westfield , both of Cleveland, TN.; son- in-law Quinn Seay; sisters, Mary Ruth Bellamy of Claxton, GA., Viola Mercer of Nevils, GA., Ola Mae (Ivey) Palmer of Clayton, GA., Annie Ruth (Jessie) Fields, Rutha Mae (Shalom) George, Emma Jean (Tony) Campbell, Robbie Mae (Bill) Bing, Collatta and Patricia Fields, all of Pembroke, GA.; brothers, Ronald (Debbie) Fields of Pembroke, GA., Raymond (Julia) Hayes of Savannah, GA., Reginal (Rozella) Bellamy of Claxton GA.; grandchildren, Jonathan and Marc Seay, Jimmy and Jada Waters; great grandchildren, Christian Waters, and Miyani Johnson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, other relatives and friends.
