Nikia Nashawn Thompson

NIKIA NASHAWN THOMPSON was born on May 13, 1980. Entered her eternal rest on Saturday, March 16, 2024. She was born, to The Reverend Mitchelyn E. Thompson and Junior Thompson. She was a graduate of Austin East Magnet High School, Class of 1999. Nikia was a member of Greater Ebenezber Baptist Church. Nikia loved the Lord and accepted him early in her life. Nikia sang in the choir and was a student in Sunday school. She was a member of the Red Circle and Sunshine Circle and BTU. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother. She loved her family and friends and enjoyed cooking for others. Her mother gave her the name of “Missionary Nikia” because her passion for cooking and serving others was a gift from God. Nikia was an entrepreneur, and a jack of all trades. She was a very multi- talented young lady. She will truly be missed by all who loved her.
