Phyllis Felth Obituary

Phyllis Ann Rucker Lewis Felth, "Tootie", age 73, a graduate of Austin High School, departed this life on March 8, 2021. 
She worked as a seamstress and a caregiver in the private sector. Phyllis spent her life always taking care of others.  She had a nurturing and caring spirit especially with children.  Every child, biological or not, called her "Granny." Phyllis was a wonderful mother, granny, sister and aunt. She will be truly missed by her family, friends and all of her "Grungies."

Preceded in death by her daughter, Terri D. Lewis and parents, Della Frazier and Eugene Rucker.


Survived by her son, Anthony Lewis; daughter, Candice Lewis; grandchildren, Wilmarcus (T’andra) Martin, Americal, Alexis, Justus, Jakobi, Jaycitee , Alex, Dontae, Antwane and Jasmine; great grandchildren, Dorian, Kylicia, A’syria, Ja’mhad, Cayson Dixon, Mazi and Terriji; brother, David (Teresa) Carrington; sisters, Janette (William) Green and Sherri (Clifton) Jackson; niece, Tammie Williams and a host of other family and friends.


Saturday, March 20, 2021, a Celebration of Life gathering will take place at 3:00 p.m. at Victor Ashe Park, 4901 Bradshaw Road, Knoxville, TN 37912.  A white dove release will conclude the service.  Professional services provided by Patton Funeral Home 1-800-824-8283 or www.pattonfunerahome1962.com
