Rita Mae Brown Stewart, 73 entered into eternal rest, May 12, 2023. Rita was born on August 4, 1949, to Ms.Daisy Brown.

Rita leaves to cherish her memories; mother, Daisy Brown: children Gregory Glenn, Michelle, and Tamon Stewart: sisters, Nola (Raymond) Jackson, Kim Seymour, Lorraine Brown, Christine Smith, and LaTonya Shannon: brother, Samuel Brown: 16 grandchildren, 11 great- grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends to name, to include Michael McBride, Ethel Lindsey, Ken Jones, and her caregiver, Lynn Anderson to include the Cantrell Family.

Rita was an excellent cook and was known for her catering skills. She loved children and entertaining her friends, she never met a stranger.
