Roberta Tamara Stevens, affectionately known as Boo, born September 27, 1973, transitioned on October 11, 2021, in Knoxville, TN. A beautiful person who could brighten a room with her angelic voice and big personality. Roberta was a loving and caring person who lived life to the fullest. She will surely be missed.

Preceded in death by her father, Robert Smith, mother, Judy Stevens Moss and brother, Andrea Smith.

Survived and forever cherished by her children, Dominque Burns, Tony Watkins, Jr., Jasmine Watkins, Tierra Watkins, Alvin Nell, Jr. and David T. Green, Jr.; grandchildren, Maleah, Taniya, and Aria; siblings, Jeff Stevens, Sam Stevens, Kenny (Kristine) Hall, Sophia (Sherman) Williams, Margaret (Walter) Henry, Ella Gray, Darlene Hardin, Tracy (Joe) Downs, Derek (Terri) Kellogg, Chad (Dara) Smith, Latanya (Darin) Gallow and Robert Roebuck; beloved nieces and nephews; a host of other family, co-workers and friends to include David T. Green, Sr., father of her youngest son and special companion.

At the family’s request, a private memorial will take place.
