Starlin W. "Rusty" Moulden, of Knoxville, went to his heavenly Father on December 23, 2020. Rusty was born October 31, 1955 in Knoxville, TN to Johnnie M. Moulden. He was a member of Concord Original Church of God.
Preceded in death by his mother; sisters, Charlene Hill, Tammy and Karen Moulden and stepdaughter, Dionne Benton.
Survived by devoted wife of 40 years, A. Faye Moulden; son, Dewayne ( Jennifer) Moulden; grandchildren, Jasmin and Devon; stepchildren, Deborah, Tammy, Johnny (Tieshka), Pam and David (Akia) Benton; brothers, John (Gloria) and Fate (Zenna) Moulden, both of Knoxville, TN; sisters, Deborah (Raleigh) Wynn of Springdale, AZ and Ola Bell, of Knoxville, TN; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Wednesday, January 6, 2021, a public walkthrough is scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Greater Warner Tabernacle AME Zion Church, 3800 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, Knoxville, TN. Social distancing and face coverings are required. A graveside service will follow at Oak Ridge Memorial Park, 1501 Bethel Valley Road, Oak Ridge, TN, with Pastor Ruby Winton officiating. A white dove release will conclude the service. During this time, we will remain in compliance with the Governor’s Executive Order No. 17 (COVID-19). Flowers may be delivered to the church the morning of the walkthrough. Service will be live-streamed at Facebook.com/ Pug Fuller Video.
