Steven Lynique Hendrick Jr.

Steven Lynique Hendricks Jr (Lil Steven) was born on March 26, 1995, in Knoxville, Tn, to Karen Cameron and the late Steven Hendricks Sr.

Steven was baptized at an early age and became a member of Canaan Baptist Church. He also sang in the youth choir. After graduating from South Doyle High School in 2012, he attended Pellissippi Community College. Although he enjoyed playing baseball during his childhood, his love for music eventually became his biggest passion.

Steven cherished his family, and he never met a stranger. He had a big heart for everyone he met. He had the biggest smile that would light up a room. Steven was a great son, brother, nephew, uncle, and, most of all, a father.

Steven is preceded in death by grandparents Mary Cameron and Patrick Moran Sr.

Steven’s memory will be cherished by his two daughters, Jy’Xelle Hendricks and ZaKylie Smith; mother, Karen Cameron; grandparents, Gary and Roslyn Thaxton; brothers, Ulysses Cameron, Marquez Beljour, Jarrell and Arrellious Hendricks; sister, Mykia Hendricks; aunts, Jacqueline, Laquisha Cameron, Ebonii Wright all of Knoxville, Tn.; uncles, Kris and Marcus Cameron, Myron and Patrick Moran Jr., Carlos Hendricks all of Knoxville, Tn.; nieces’, D’Auvyone and Jamyah; nephews, Da’Shawn, Jasiah, and Marquis.

Special friends, Tevondre Conner (CJ) and Lamont Johnson (Mont J).
