Tegwin Deanna Granberry Washington (Frosty) passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 9, 2022, after a brief illness. Frosty is preceded in death by her mother, Jessie Mae Bragg Granberry; sister Joyce Laverne Hodge Kyle; niece, Marion Kyle; and great nephew, Giorgio Armani Kyle.
Frosty was a member of Washington Pike United Methodist Church, which she greatly enjoyed when her health allowed. She LOVED to cook and entertain when she was able. She will be remembered for her smile, laughter and playful nature.
She leaves to cherish her memory, devoted husband, Billy A. Washington; daughter, Markesha Smith; grandchildren, Kendalyn Smith-Stokes, Kasaria, Brylin, Karrington, Kamyra, Calvin Freeman, Jr. and Daveion Smith; great- granddaughter, Kylinn Springs; sisters, Kim (John, Sr.) Chandler, Sheila Bragg; Sister-in-law, Dorothy Williams; nephews, John (Treniece) Chandler, Jr. Estevenico “JD” (Tiffany) Chandler, Sr., Brandon Macklin, Sr.; niece, Kennedi Bragg; great nieces and nephews, DiMarko and Kyora Kyle, Kiana and Naomi Chandler, Venico, LaVontre, Destiny and Java Chandler, Brandon, Jr. Bryson, and Kierra Macklin, Kalaya and Kalani Bragg, special great-niece, Tyanna “Baby” Watkins; cousins, Phyllis and Beverly Taylor, Denise Dalton and the Howell Family.
