Teresa Josephine Kneier Caldwell

Teresa Josephine Kneier Caldwell, our Daughter, Mother, Sister, Aunt and friend, died at age 50 on the morning of October 1, 2021 (the Feast of St. Therese of Lisieux, the little flower).  Thankfully, she breathed her last while we held her hand. We will love and miss her dearly.  Teresa is the youngest of four and the mother of two.  Teresa’s love of life was simple with intentions of gold.  No mother threw better birthday parties, and lunch lady land won’t be the same.  All animals were drawn to her with good reason.  Stray dogs and cats weren’t homeless upon meeting Teresa.  As for horses, she didn’t simply whisper, they had complete conversations.  Teresa left behind her mother, Juanita Myers Kneier (aka “Mam”); two children, Nate Caldwell and Caitlin Caldwell; two brothers Jack Kneier, Jr (Robin Kneier, Payton Kneier) and Matt Kneier (Susan Armstrong); and her sister, Kimberly Kneier (Charles Carter).  Teresa was preceded in death by her beloved father and biggest cheerleader, Jack Kneier, Sr. (aka “Pap”).
