Virginia Hines Harvey

Our dear mother Virginia Hines Harvey was called home on July 3rd, 2022, at the age of 65. She was a wonderful mother who loved everyone and would drop everything she was doing to help someone in need. She loved gardening, playing pool, the beach and darts.
She was well-loved by those who were fortunate enough to spend time with her.
She joins her parents William and Adelaide, her brothers and sisters Cecilia, Adele, William, Mary, Patrick, and Byron, as well as our father Harrison “Puti” Peck Jr. She is survived by her children Harrison and Nicole; brothers and sisters Regina, John, and Elizabeth. Most of all she is survived and remembered by the grandchildren she loved more than anything in her life, Natalia, Prayer Mae, Evely, Dominic, Catalina, Queen, and Gabriel.
 
Friday, July 15, 2022, family  will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Payne Avenue Baptist Church, 2714 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, Knoxville, TN. Social distancing and face coverings required. Funeral service to follow with Reverend R.S. Brown, Jr. as  eulogist. Interment at New Gray Cemetery, 2724 Western Avenue, Knoxville, TN, where a white dove release will conclude the service.
